Giorgio De Paoli, graduated with honors in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Bologna, has spent his entire professional life working and studying in the field of micropropagation of plants, vegetables and forestry.
His skills concern both researches, as well as the large-scale production of fruit and vegetable and forest plants using the “in vitro” culture technique.
He acquired his knowledge in the first place working for about 18 years at the first Italian laboratory of micropropagation of fruit plants where, in addition to organizing the production work, he carried out an intense experimentation activity for the development of protocols for production large scale of many fruit plants (rootstocks and varieties), as evidenced by the numerous papers produced.
With the intense consultancy activity carried out from 1996 up to now, made at micropropagation industrial laboratories in Italy and abroad, the dr. De Paoli has gained a huge amount of knowledge in the “in vitro” crop sector.
Particularly important is the experience gained with consultations made abroad: USA, Australia, Turkey, Greece, Egypt, Argentina, Romania, Hungary, and many other countries where he was able to acquire and compare different micropropagation techniques.
